Botox is a specific brand of a neuromodulator or neurotoxin, Botulinum toxin. All neuromodulators work in their ability to cause temporary muscle paralysis. When you selectively freeze a muscle, it allows for wrinkles to appear more relaxed.  Neuromodulators  works by interfering with the normal communication between nerves and muscles. Acetylcholine release is blocked, keeping the muscle in the relaxed state.

Neuromodulator can obviously, help decrease wrinkles  when muscles are active. Neuromodulators can not erase static lines or lines that are present at rest but it can help reduce their appearance. Neuromodulator, when placed appropriately, can also provide a subtle lift in areas such as the jaw and eyebrows.

As for B12 Injections, our travel fees vary slightly. For your convenience, we offer mobile B12 injection services. However, if B12 injections are the only service being provided, a travel fee may apply for locations more than 10 miles from Great Barrington.

Berkshire Beauty Company’s Cancellation Policy

At Berkshire Beauty Company, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

• More than 24 Hours Notice: No fee applies for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

• 12-24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.

• Less than 12 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
