Berkshire Beauty Company Cancellation Policy
At Berkshire Beauty Company, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:
More than 24 Hours Notice: No fee applies for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
12-24 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
Less than 12 Hours Notice: A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost will apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our policy, which helps us provide the best possible service to all our clients.
